It was a bit of a gamble buying this chair with zero reviews, but it looked comparable to models more expensive–my inner cheapskate couldn't resist.It arrived without a manual but the PDF was easy to find by searching the model name. Assembly was simple enough.The mesh is springy and refreshingly breathable. When I first laid my cheeks to rest in it, I thought ergonomic chairs were overhyped, but once I adjusted the back height and seat depth (by pulling the lever outwards) so that the lumbar support fitted me, I finally 'got it'.It's so comfortable I fell asleep upright on it and woke up hours later without any back pain...The only parts that feel cheap are the wheels and legs–not in terms of function, but look and feel; very thin plastic–I used to like resting my feet on the legs of my previous chair, but not this one. The seat edges are also a bit hard and sometimes dig into my legs, but that's honestly nitpicking.
