anonymous 14/05/2025Bought the cross trainer as husband has had a knee replacement and is due another soon, it's for rehabilitation as advised by physio, I've had 2 new hips and will be using it too, great size for the space we have Your courier was a let down despite having received it from you next day after ordering they took 4 days to get it moving, arrived 7 days after they had it, tracking not good, can't get in touch with them and even on day of delivery it was late. Other items have been delivered by DPD with no problems ( excercise bike and treadmill) pity they didn't do the delivery on this item
