Issue with missing part but they responded rapidly and sent it within a week of telling them.The chair is comfortable and easy to put together.Well worth the money I am pleased with the overall quality and experience of the chair and company.

Michelle Barron 10/05/2024Ideally a two person assembly for a bit of it, but very straight forward. Bought for my partner as a birthday present to replace a very old office chair. He loves it, says it is very comfortable, likes the heat (which is almost instant and just a gentle warmth) as he works late into the night and can be sat still for hours at a time. Hopefully it will last for years to come.

Im actually happy with the purchase, it was really straightforward to assemble it, I didnt even opened the instructions, its a 7 minutes job to put it together.
