Customer Service was very helpful in ordering over the phone. Delivery was within a couple of days with notification of 2 hr timeslot. Mirror looks very stylish and works perfectly. The Bluetooth volume is excellent and loud. 🎶. It was easy to hang too. Only downside was that to set all the functions time, date, temp, brightness etc. There were 2 very small push pads to do this. They are located behind the mirror, so once you've hung it, it was awkward to do. Ladies small hands are needed, unless you set in before hanging but then you need to have it connected to do that . Anyway, we managed to after quite a few attempts going through the 10 stage sequence. Great price for what you get 👍.
Kerry 21/07/2025This is a good sized bathroom mirror, anything smaller and you may struggle to get the level of detail you require (it is replacing a 60x40 cm one that turned out to be too small). It requires hardwiring in, unlike the one it replaces that came with a 3-pin plug attached, which needed to be removed prior to installation. I left it to the experts as my electrician had another job to do anyway; it is a simple job once you have the necessary wiring in the right place, which we did and it has a sturdy bracket that definitely leaves me in no doubt it can safely hold this relatively lightweight mirror.I like the quality of the glass, which is protected by a film over the surface so don’t worry about any scratches that appear to be present as those are hopefully just in the film, as in the case of the one I received.I am unlikely to use the Bluetooth speaker often, although it is nice to have incorporated into the mirror and I never say never. A clock is handy as it is so easy to lose track of time and the light, the most important feature, is good, strong and adaptable.It is a good choice and looks very smart with delisting to ensure you can always see yourself reflected.
