Malcolm Gray 31/07/2025Works quite well so far and is a blessed relief in the heat. However the aircon unit is a lot nosier than I had expected. The biggest problem was getting the outlet hose fitted to the window. I had to use Blue Peter engineering to rig up a way for the hose to outlet through a top hung awning window, whilst preventing heat flow back in through said window.

Aosom Customer 17/07/2025Very pleased with this aircon unit. Easy setup and not too noisy. A bit more powerful than most and this a benefit. It cooled the room on our terraced house very quickly and if we leave the internal door open it helps in the other room as well. The unit is very tidy and not unattractive as these things go. We had to buy and extension for the outlet hose and the window fitting was too long for the window we had to use but overall we are very pleased.Do be aware that these units are heavy but the courier helped to move the unit into the right location.The price is very reasonable and included delivery within 48 hours.This will be a lifesaver for us in this current hot summer.
Noemi 15/07/2025I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one about this unit.We have been suffering through the British summers for years on end in our hot, hot bedroom. Finally this year I decided to bite the bullet and buy this air-conditioning unit. I went with the 10000 one as our bedroom is fairly large at 5 m x 4 m. It was a mission to take it upstairs as the unit is very heavy, however once installed it is completely life changing. In the summer our bedroom routinely reaches 35C degrees and has zero insulation. This air-conditioning unit cools by 5 to 7° in an hour and as we keep it running overnight it keeps the temperature of 21° comfortably.It is indeed very noisy, however we use earplugs to sleep when we have the unit on and this has solved our issue completely and we get actual rest in the summer months.We needed to buy an extension hose to reach our window and I also had to buy a separate kit for our window, which was also easy to install. Once everything was in place I turned the unit on and I was so happy I could’ve shared the tear. It cools so quickly, so efficiently and makes sleeping so much more restful and comfortable for us.I’ll be happy if it sees us through even just a few summers.I certainly would recommend this AC, enjoy your cool and comfy nights in this gruelling, London heatwave
