Packaging
Original Packaging: We recommend using the original packaging when returning your item.
Alternative Packaging: If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a box slightly larger than the item. Ensure the item is securely packed with adequate padding to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping Instructions
Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team regarding shipping labels and carrier options.
Ensure the return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Duty of Care
Reasonable Care: You are legally required to take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. Proper packaging is essential to avoid damage during return shipping.
Failure to take reasonable care may result in a deduction or claim for compensation.
Refund / Exchange Process
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was originally received.
Processing: Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
